Sales Advisor – Chicago

About the role

ANINE BING is seeking a Sales Advisor (Stylist) to be the brand’s ambassador at its Chicago store. You will deliver personalized, 1‑to‑1 service both in‑store and digitally, cultivating lasting customer relationships while driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class service to customers in‑store and digitally.
• Meet and exceed store sales targets.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge to offer personalized styling.
• Build and maintain a client book through outreach and follow‑up.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and support visual merchandising.
• Assist with inventory management, online order fulfillment and daily operations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years experience in fashion, styling or retail sales.
• Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships.
• Positive, engaging attitude and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb and perform store duties.

Required skills

• Experience using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Familiarity with inventory and online fulfillment processes.
• Comfort with digital tools for virtual selling.
