Safety Technician (Construction Site)

About the role

We are looking for a Safety Technician to join our local construction facility. The role supports the company’s safety program by promoting a culture of safety, ensuring OSHA compliance, and assisting site management in maintaining safe job sites.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations on the job site.
• Conduct daily safety meetings, walk‑through inspections, and document findings.
• Investigate incidents, determine root causes, and complete required reports.
• Maintain accurate safety records and ensure work areas are organized and safe.
• Provide minor first‑aid treatment and assist the Site Manager with counseling non‑compliant personnel.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Strong observational and communication abilities.
• Ability to conduct safety meetings and training sessions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to work both in the field and office environments.
