Safety Product Manager – Mining & Industrial Sales

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Safety Product Manager to lead growth across our Industrial Sales & Service business, focusing on mining and heavy‑industry markets. The role combines product management, sales leadership and market strategy to build a best‑in‑class safety offering.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a national safety product strategy and growth plan across key industrial segments.
• Conduct market landscape analysis, customer segmentation and competitive positioning.
• Define and expand the safety product portfolio, partner with suppliers and close product gaps.
• Partner with regional managers and sales teams to drive pipeline development, provide sales training and support solution‑based selling.
• Lead regular business updates, weekly cadence calls and quarterly reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales, Business, Marketing or related field (preferred).
• 6+ years experience in industrial sales or product management of safety products, preferably in mining.
• Proven ability to integrate product, marketing and sales strategies to drive growth.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills; high energy and self‑motivated.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationally 50‑75%.
