RN/LPN/MA – Specialty Clinic (Full‑Time)

About the role

Citizens Health seeks a registered nurse (RN), licensed practical nurse (LPN) or medical assistant (MA) to provide full‑time patient care at the Specialty Clinic in Colby, Kansas. The role reports to the Specialty Clinic Manager and works under the Department Manager or Nurse Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process and assess patient and family needs.
• Administer prescribed medications safely and according to protocol.
• Develop and provide individualized patient and family teaching.
• Collaborate with ancillary staff and other healthcare team members to maintain professional nursing standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Current Kansas Board of Nursing licensure for RN or LPN.
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Strong knowledge of nursing theory, practices, and the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
