About the role

The G101 Transplant Specialty Care Unit at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus provides specialized care for kidney, pancreas, liver, and intestine transplant patients. This 34‑bed unit values teamwork, communication, and compassionate patient care across all shifts.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate patient discharge needs.
Educate patients and families about care and follow‑up.

Required profile

Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
At least one year of acute care RN experience (military RN experience considered).

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
RN licensure and ability to administer medications.
