About the role

The University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the TOSH Inpatient team. This position provides direct patient care within an inpatient setting, supporting the hospital’s mission of high‑quality, collaborative health care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to inpatient residents, including assessment, monitoring, and treatment.
• Administer medications and therapies in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff to coordinate patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.

Required profile

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Commitment to delivering patient‑centered care in an inpatient environment.
