RN Surgery Weekender Flex – Neuro/Spine OR

About the role

The RN provides high-quality, patient‑centered nursing care in the operative setting for adult and pediatric neuro and spine procedures at Cleveland Clinic's new state‑of‑the‑art facility. This Weekender Flex position offers a 36‑hour work week with pay for 44 hours, giving full‑time status and benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care before, during, and after surgical and invasive procedures.
• Perform scrub and circulating functions, preparing the OR, instruments, and equipment.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to clinical standards and protocols.

Required profile

• Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• One year of RN experience in the OR or completion of Cleveland Clinic’s Perioperative Residency Program.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire.
