About the role

The RN will provide high‑quality, patient‑centered nursing care in the operating room for adult and pediatric neuro and spine procedures. This position supports the new state‑of‑the‑art Neuro Expansion facility on the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus.

Key responsibilities

Deliver professional nursing care before, during, and after surgical or invasive procedures.
Perform scrub functions, including selecting and handling instruments and supplies.
Perform circulating functions such as monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions.
Prepare the operating room, surgical instruments, and equipment for use.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, BSN) with current RN licensure.
Basic Life Support certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support required within 6 months if performing moderate/procedural sedation.
At least one year RN experience or completion of Cleveland Clinic peri‑operative residency program.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
