RN – Oncology Cellular Therapeutics

About the role

Join a new, specialized area of oncology nursing at the forefront of advanced cancer care. The Cellular Therapeutics Unit focuses on innovative treatments using patient‑derived or specially prepared cells, including bispecific therapies for blood cancers and other complex diseases.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care throughout the treatment process, including preparation, administration, and monitoring of advanced cellular therapies.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, and update patient care plans; document and communicate patient conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, follow physician and nursing orders, and coordinate discharge needs.
• Educate patients and families about therapies and support them throughout the treatment journey.

Required profile

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least one year of acute care RN experience (military RN experience considered).

Required skills

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
