About the role

The Registered Nurse will lead patient care in the Endocrine Surgery Clinic, applying the nursing process and adhering to professional standards. This position involves collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to deliver high‑quality patient care and assess learning needs.
Delegate, direct, and assist licensed and ancillary team members while managing resources.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Current RN license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support certification.
Strong organizational, time‑management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.

Required skills

Current RN licensure.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
