About the role

The Clinical Adjunct Faculty Nurse works on the H81 Internal Medicine Telemetry unit at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. You will provide direct patient care while also serving as an educator for nursing students, offering feedback, supervision, and clinical instruction.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care and implement patient care plans.
Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions and the effectiveness of interventions.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Assess discharge planning needs and provide patient education.
Oversee nursing students as clinical adjunct faculty when not providing direct care.

Required profile

Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
Current, unencumbered RN licensure (state or multistate compact).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
At least two years of acute care RN experience in a hospital setting.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Current RN licensure.
Acute care nursing experience.
