About the role

The Clinical Adjunct Faculty Nurse works on Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus, providing direct patient care while educating nursing students in the G81 Unit. The role combines clinical practice with teaching responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care, implement and monitor patient care plans, and administer medications and treatments.
Supervise nursing students, give constructive feedback, and coordinate clinical education activities.
Assess patient education needs, coordinate discharge planning, and document patient conditions and outcomes.

Required profile

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
Current, unrestricted RN licensure (state or multistate compact).
Minimum two years of acute‑care RN experience in a hospital setting.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.

Required skills

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Clinical assessment and documentation.
