RN Ambulatory – Women’s Health

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory women’s health setting. The role works primarily 8:00 am‑5:00 pm and supports OB/GYN clinics and surgical procedures across the Main Campus.

Key responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, telephone triage, and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and assist with specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Initiate CPR and other emergency measures, and notify physicians or Licensed Independent Providers of abnormal findings.
• Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least one year of recent RN experience, or equivalent clinical experience for internal transfers.
• Physical ability to perform full range of motion, manual dexterity, and lift light loads.

Required skills

• Phone triage and health status assessment.
• Medication administration and emergency response (CPR).
• Use of ambulatory clinical equipment and documentation of care plans.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
