RN Ambulatory – Neuro Infusion

About the role

Join Cleveland Clinic's Main Campus as a Registered Nurse in the Neurology Infusion program. You will provide specialized infusion therapies for patients with neurological conditions, perform IV placement and medication preparation, and monitor patients throughout treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting, including assessments, care plans, and telephone triage.
• Administer medications and infusion treatments, prepare IVs, and operate specialized equipment.
• Respond to emergencies by initiating CPR and notifying the physician or Licensed Independent Provider.
• Support physician clinics and surgical procedures by traveling within the region as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN) with current RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for moderate sedation or cardiac stress testing within six months of hire.
• At least one year of recent RN experience or equivalent clinical experience.

Required skills

• IV/Infusion therapy and medication preparation.
• Telephone triage and care plan development.
• Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (BLS, ACLS).
