RN Ambulatory – Cardiology Imaging

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory cardiology imaging setting. You will interact directly with patients, families, and visitors, supporting the delivery of exceptional care from initial introduction to final discharge.

Key responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments, telephone triage, and develop care plans for ambulatory patients.
• Administer medications and treatments, initiate CPR and emergency measures as needed.
• Assist with specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and operate related equipment.
• Educate patients and families, document health information, and cover additional nursing roles within the department.
• Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures when required.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN) with current RN licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire.
• At least one year of recent nursing experience or equivalent clinical experience.
• Physical ability to perform full range of motion, manual dexterity, and lift up to 20 lb occasionally.
