RIM Implementation Consultant – Remote (US)

About the role

Veeva Systems is a leading cloud‑based provider for life‑sciences companies, helping them manage regulatory data and documents. The RIM Implementation Consultant works remotely with U.S. customers to configure and deploy Veeva’s Regulatory suite, ensuring global regulatory processes run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Guide life‑science customers in configuring and implementing Veeva Registrations, Submissions, Submissions Archive, and Publishing.
• Lead workshops to gather configuration requirements, design solutions, prototype, and deploy them.
• Manage program and project activities, including resource planning and cross‑functional team coordination.
• Serve as the primary communication link between the project team, the customer, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in life‑sciences or healthcare consulting, business, or IT roles.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to design, configure, and implement a RIM solution.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Organized team player able to act quickly in a complex environment.
• Ability to travel as required.
