Revenue Operations Analyst

About the role

Sentry is an AI‑native application monitoring leader helping developers fix errors before users notice. The Revenue Operations team spans Analytics, GTM Technology, and Deal Desk, and this analyst works across all three to reduce friction, automate routine tasks, and enable self‑service for sales reps.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end Deal Desk process, including quote creation, discount review, order form generation, and approval routing.
• Become an expert in the CPQ system and Salesforce integration, documenting pain points and driving improvements.
• Design and implement self‑service guardrails and automation to lower manual Deal Desk interventions.
• Build and maintain playbooks, approval matrices, and process documentation for consistency.
• Support pricing updates in CPQ and flag downstream impacts early.
• Analyze deal data to surface insights that inform policy and pricing decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands‑on experience with CPQ tools (Dealhub, Salesforce CPQ, MonetizeNow or similar).
• Comfortable working in Salesforce – objects, fields, reports, and collaborating with admins.
• Experience managing the full deal lifecycle from quoting to booking.
• Strong analytical instincts and a habit of continuously improving inherited processes.
• Experience using AI tooling (Copilot, ChatGPT, or purpose‑built RevOps tools) to accelerate deal review.
