Retail Stylist – Flat Iron Crossing, Broomfield, CO

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Stylist for its Flat Iron Crossing store in Broomfield, Colorado. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will create an engaging shopping experience by combining fashion expertise with excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit looks that incorporate the latest trends and current promotions, aligned with Levi’s service approach.
• Promote the Levi’s omni‑experience by engaging customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and ensure satisfaction.
• Handle cash, process shipments, set the sales floor, manage markdowns and replenishment, and maintain merchandising standards.
• Follow store procedures and comply with all Levi’s policies and directives.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with an interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and at least 16 years of age.
