Part‑Time Store Supervisor – Flat Iron Crossing

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Store Supervisor for its Flat Iron Crossing location in Broomfield, Colorado. The supervisor will join the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance and drive revenue growth.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing effective leadership and support.
• Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support, assist and coach associates.
• Compliance with Levi’s store policies and procedures.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 years or older.
