Part-Time Retail Keyholder

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is a pioneering retailer known for its iconic denim and commitment to sustainability. As a Keyholder at the Flatiron Crossing store in Broomfield, you will report to the Store Manager and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach store staff to ensure consistent, high‑quality customer interactions.
• Support the leadership team in driving sales opportunities and meeting performance goals.
• Assist with product placement, visual merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Help create a positive, engaging shopping environment for customers and teammates.

Required profile

• Adherence to all Levi’s store policies and procedures.
• Ability to meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 years or older.
