Retail Stylist – Aventura Mall, Miami

About the role

Levi’s® is seeking a Retail Stylist to join the team at the Aventura Mall store in Miami. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service while showcasing Levi’s heritage and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of Levi Strauss & Co.’s history and heritage.
• Provide exceptional service using the 3C’s: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed daily sales and performance goals.
• Handle cash according to store guidelines and follow security, safety, and loss‑prevention policies.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing.
• Maintain visual standards and store appearance, including housekeeping.
• Execute rapid floor refill using RFID‑enabled inventory processes.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and stand, walk, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Characteristics: structured, organized, methodical, consistent, adaptable.

Required skills

• Basic iOS device familiarity and troubleshooting.
• Experience with RFID‑enabled inventory systems.
