Retail Store Supervisor – Victoria Gardens

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Retail Store Supervisor for its Victoria Gardens location in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. You will join the store management team to drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding the brand’s heritage and values.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor, and support associate teams to achieve individual and store goals.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Ensure compliance with Levi’s policies, procedures, and programs.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving merchandise, and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to support and develop store associates.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance targets.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible retail hours.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform physical duties.
