Retail Store Manager – University Village Boutique

About the role

Lead the Nespresso boutique at University Village, acting as the face of the brand and inspiring a high‑performing team to deliver an exceptional coffee experience for customers and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop and manage a high‑performing team to deliver exceptional sales and service.
• Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring results and implementing improvement strategies.
• Ensure operational excellence through adherence to standard operating procedures, inventory control and labor cost management.
• Promote a safety‑first culture and comply with Nestlé’s safety, health and environmental policies.
• Engage with the local community to build brand awareness and create personalized coffee experiences for customers.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in a fast‑paced or luxury retail environment.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience with proven people‑management skills.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Passion for coffee, sustainability and the ability to educate customers on the brand.
• Availability to work open/close shifts, weekends and holidays, and ability to travel as needed.
