About the role

Join Beyond Yoga’s Santa Monica store as a Sales Stylist, representing a premium active‑lifestyle brand. You will create an authentic, service‑focused environment that connects customers with the brand’s body‑positive values and product range.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and convey the brand story to customers.
• Achieve daily individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain visual standards, store appearance, and housekeeping in line with brand guidelines.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and partner with store leadership on escalated issues.
• Adopt new in‑store technologies; familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
• Collaborate with the team and corporate partners to drive community events and brand awareness.

Required skills
