Retail Sales Associate – Orange, CA

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join its Orange, CA store. You will represent the iconic Levi’s brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences while upholding the company’s heritage and values.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Levi’s stylist, providing product knowledge and personalized service to every customer.
• Drive sales by applying the 3C’s: Connect, Consult, and Close.
• Maintain store visual standards, assist with merchandising, pricing, and inventory tasks.
• Handle cash and follow store cash‑handling, security, and loss‑prevention procedures.
• Support stock associates with replenishment, tagging, and floor upkeep.

Required profile

• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform continuous standing, walking, squatting, and bending.
• Minimum one year of customer‑service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Required skills

• Strong product knowledge of Levi’s apparel.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation.
• Basic cash‑handling and point‑of‑sale operation skills.
