About the role
Wayfair’s Outlet store in Chandler, AZ is looking for a Retail Receiving Associate to join the team. You will be the front‑line brand ambassador, ensuring that inventory is received, stocked and presented to create a best‑in‑class customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming inventory, manage stock levels and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain visual standards, merchandise adjacencies, and floor presentations across all departments.
- Support customer fulfillment across channels, including order pick‑up and in‑store purchases.
- Assist with furniture deliveries to customers’ vehicles.
- Participate in store operations such: floor sets, replenishment, substitutions and general upkeep.
- Exhibit a positive, professional attitude with customers and team members.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of stock receiving experience; retail or customer‑service background preferred.
- Positive attitude, strong organization, self‑motivation and good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Professional appearance and polished communication.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using POS and inventory management software.
