Retail Receiving Associate

About the role

Wayfair’s Outlet store in Chandler, AZ is looking for a Retail Receiving Associate to join the team. You will be the front‑line brand ambassador, ensuring that inventory is received, stocked and presented to create a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming inventory, manage stock levels and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain visual standards, merchandise adjacencies, and floor presentations across all departments.
• Support customer fulfillment across channels, including order pick‑up and in‑store purchases.
• Assist with furniture deliveries to customers’ vehicles.
• Participate in store operations such: floor sets, replenishment, substitutions and general upkeep.
• Exhibit a positive, professional attitude with customers and team members.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of stock receiving experience; retail or customer‑service background preferred.
• Positive attitude, strong organization, self‑motivation and good communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Professional appearance and polished communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using POS and inventory management software.
