Restoration Sales Consultant

About the role

The Restoration Sales Consultant works for a leading property damage emergency services company, helping residential and commercial owners recover from water, fire, mold, storm and other disasters. The role requires turning distressed customers into satisfied ones while maintaining professionalism and compassion.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue by consulting directly with property owners affected by fire, water damage, or other emergencies.
• Coordinate with public emergency response agencies and private entities to implement recovery initiatives.
• Build and retain customer loyalty through positive, trustworthy interactions.
• Participate in community awareness events related to restoration.
• Respond to or dispatch Emergency Response Personnel to secure emergency work and further business opportunities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, highly organized, with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to be on call 24/7/365 and handle emotionally charged situations.
• Proven sales closing ability and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Background that may include first responder, sales, restoration industry, or emergency management experience.
