As a Restaurant Team Member at Dunkin’, you will be the face of the brand, preparing food and beverages, serving guests, and keeping the workspace clean and safe. This fast‑paced position offers the chance to develop customer‑service skills while working in a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food and beverages following brand recipes and operational standards.
• Assemble, package, and deliver accurate orders to guests at the drive‑thru or front counter.
• Take orders, handle payments (when applicable), and meet speed‑of‑service targets.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and service areas, including equipment cleaning and stock replenishment.
• Answer guest questions about the menu, limited‑time offers, and promotions.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
• Organize and maintain stock rooms and refrigerated areas.
