About the role

Raising Cane’s is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, ensuring the brand’s standards and culture are upheld across all shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant, acting as manager on duty.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Enforce Raising Cane’s policies, safety, and operational standards.
• Lead and direct crew members during shifts, providing exemplary customer service.
• Utilize reward and recognition programs for crew.
• Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval (discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides).
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the facility is in good working order.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented with a focus on maintaining brand standards.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment involving physical activity.
• Experience in managing restaurant operations and crew.
