Restaurant Host – Full‑time at Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Restaurant Host to join our team at Cafe Amalfi, located within the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in delivering a warm, welcoming experience and ensuring smooth seating flow throughout the dining area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, assess their dining needs and escort them to their tables.
• Manage the seating chart and monitor restaurant activity to optimise table turnover.
• Clear and reset tables quickly, wipe down surfaces and maintain a tidy dining environment.
• Assist with side work such as cleaning, stocking, and folding silverware.
• Answer guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the menu to guide guests.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
