Restaurant Crew Member

About the role

Join Wonder’s fast‑growing restaurant team on the Lower East Side. As a Crew Member you will help bring Michelin‑starred and celebrity‑chef menus to life while delivering a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean, stocked and organized.
• Follow HACCP and all food‑safety guidelines, monitor temperatures and storage.
• Scan inventory, pack accurate portions and verify each order before it leaves the kitchen.
• Greet guests, take orders, handle pickups, payments and Wonder app transactions.
• Support meal‑kit and delivery operations, ensure dispatch accuracy and assist with light local marketing.
• Maintain top‑tier sanitation in kitchen and dining areas, manage trash/recycling and report equipment issues.
• Help teammates, jump in where needed and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least 6 months experience in a fast‑paced kitchen or customer‑facing role.
• Ability to work quickly, accurately and with strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication and ability to follow directions.
• Team‑oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the US, able to lift 50 lb and stand for a full shift.
• Weekend availability and willingness to obtain a Food Handler Certification if required.
