Residential Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Residential Sales Specialist to engage with local neighborhoods and promote our cable, internet, and phone services. You will assist customers in choosing the right service plans, document every interaction, and follow up on leads to drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with residents in targeted neighborhoods to generate interest in cable, internet, and phone services.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate service packages based on their needs.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Guide prospects through the sales process and close deals.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer‑facing sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Active, relationship‑focused, and goal‑oriented.

• Base salary of $37,900 plus unlimited commission (average earnings $70,000–$100,000).
