Broadband Technician – Field Installation & Service

About the role

DCOMM is looking for hands‑on problem solvers to install, repair, and maintain broadband services for residential and business customers. You will work outdoors and indoors, climbing ladders and running cable to ensure internet, TV, and phone services operate reliably.

Key responsibilities

• Install and repair internet, TV, and phone services.
• Run coaxial and fiber optic lines, set up equipment, and test signal quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on site.
• Interact directly with customers to provide service and support.

Required profile

• Experience with installations, assembly, or diagnostics (e.g., car stereos, computer builds, cable/satellite installs).
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (ladders up to 28 ft).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions and flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.
