Key responsibilities

• Conduct exterior and interior condition inspections of residential properties.
• Capture photo documentation of property condition, including repair verification and quality‑control visits.
• Support move‑in or move‑out inspections and occupancy status checks.
• Perform roof, yard, and general property observations.
• Document visible damage, safety concerns, and maintenance needs.
• Complete basic functionality checks when included in the scope.
• Submit clear, accurate reports through the portal or mobile app.
• Follow detailed inspection scopes, including required photos and checklist items.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of residential homes and common property conditions.
• Ability to identify and document visible repair, maintenance, or quality issues.
• Experience working in or around residential properties (handyman, contractor, inspector, etc.).
• Reliable transportation to reach inspection sites.
• Smartphone with camera and internet access for photo capture and report submission.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow detailed scope instructions.
• Professional communication skills for clear field notes and reports.
• Basic understanding of property safety, access, and professionalism.
