Resident Services Manager

About the role

The Resident Services Manager oversees customer support for residents, handling service requests, accounting and rental issues, and coordinating various resident‑related functions to meet community goals for retention and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve resident complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and meeting retention targets.
• Complete call‑backs on service requests within 24 hours.
• Create and distribute resident communications such as newsletters, surveys, and lease violation letters.
• Organize resident events, welcome gifts, birthday cards, and unit visits.
• Maintain curb appeal, landscape, office environment, and ensure leasing office and model units are ready for tours daily.
• Review nightly reports from Courtesy Patrol and Valet Living, following up on incidents and lease violations.
• Monitor front desk communications, prepare community access keys/fobs for move‑ins, and coordinate vendors during emergency maintenance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Resident Services Manager or in a similar customer‑service role.
• Experience with service requests, customer service, and basic maintenance knowledge.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and oversee maintenance personnel.

Required skills

• Customer service expertise.
• Basic knowledge of property maintenance processes.
