About the role
The Resident Services Manager at Evergreen Commons is responsible for delivering high‑quality customer support to student residents. This full‑time position ensures that service requests, accounting issues, and rental concerns are addressed promptly to support community retention goals.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve resident complaints and concerns in a timely manner to meet satisfaction and retention targets.
- Answer questions related to rent, fees, and accounting matters.
- Complete callbacks on all service requests within 24 hours.
- Create and coordinate resident communications, including newsletters, surveys, lease‑violation letters, and other notices.
- Manage the community’s roommate‑matching program and assign roommates.
Required profile
- Experience in resident services, property management, or related customer‑service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple resident requests and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to detail when preparing written communications.
