Resident Services Manager – Alexan Riverside & Rivercrest

About the role

The Resident Services Manager is responsible for delivering high‑quality customer support to residents of Alexan Riverside and Alexan Rivercrest. This includes handling service requests, billing inquiries, lease questions, and coordinating community events to promote resident satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between residents, Greystar management offices, and property owners.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone and email.
• Ensure timely rent, fee, and lease‑related communications and follow‑up.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors to meet company standards for service response times.
• Conduct regular property inspections to monitor safety, cleanliness, lease compliance, and maintenance standards.
• Develop and distribute resident communications such as newsletters, surveys, and lease‑violation notices.
• Plan, organize, and execute social and charitable events for residents and the local community.
• Review nightly reports from security and valet services, addressing incidents and lease violations as needed.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to owners and attend weekly client and support team meetings.
• Assist with vendor and resident communication during emergency maintenance situations.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction and retention.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, events, and stakeholder relationships.
• Detail‑oriented approach to inspections, reporting, and compliance monitoring.
