Resident Lifestyle Coordinator – Jacksonville, FL

About the role

The Resident Lifestyle Coordinator supports daily community operations to enhance resident satisfaction and retention. Working closely with the Community Manager and Leasing Consultants, the role assists with move‑ins, creates resident programs, and contributes to sales and marketing efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, assist with tours, and ensure a welcoming office environment.
• Answer and route phone calls, handle service request callbacks, and manage the guest suite schedule.
• Oversee package deliveries, notify residents within 24 hours, and maintain amenity spaces for resident use.
• Develop and execute innovative events, programs, and services, tracking outcomes and metrics.
• Create monthly calendars, newsletters, flyers, and post items to the Resident Portal.
• Maintain local area information, build relationships with vendors, and provide recommendations to residents.
• Support Greystar sales and marketing standards and contribute to budget planning for resident activities.
