Regional Community Manager – Destin & Fort Walton

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Regional Community Manager to oversee its Destin and Fort Walton Beach portfolio. The role will drive operational performance, financial results and tenant satisfaction across multiple communities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure each community meets operational, financial and business performance goals through inspections, report reviews and action‑plan implementation.
• Collaborate with Community Managers to align performance targets and share best practices.
• Partner with regional support service leaders to improve asset and team performance.
• Lead adoption of local and national operational initiatives and protocol changes.
• Oversee budgets, monitor financial targets and prepare regular performance reports for ownership and senior management.
• Foster positive tenant relationships, address concerns promptly and implement retention programs to reduce turnover.
• Work with leasing teams to develop marketing strategies that achieve optimal occupancy rates.
• Manage maintenance programs to ensure properties are well‑maintained and compliant with regulations.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in property or community management.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate market trends in the region.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with on‑site teams and regional support services.
