Community Manager (Floating) – Panama City Beach

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager (Floating) to oversee day‑to‑day operations of an assigned multifamily property in Panama City Beach. The role combines property management, resident services, and financial oversight to ensure the community runs smoothly and meets performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and managing the property budget by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, process bank deposits, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and code expenses to the appropriate accounts.
• Maintain petty cash, enforce lease terms, approve resident applications, and handle evictions and fee collections.
• Monitor market trends and implement short‑ and long‑term leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Conduct periodic apartment inspections and ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other regulations.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of multifamily property operations and relevant housing regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make budgetary decisions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.
