Research Associate / Junior Consultant

About the role

Corporate Insight is seeking motivated Research Associates to support custom research projects focused on consumer financial services. You will work with Analysts and Project Managers to collect competitive intelligence and help clients improve their digital customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support Analysts and Project Managers by gathering competitive intelligence on digital experiences.
• Conduct primary research, write detailed findings, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to executive summaries and client presentations.
• Manage multiple project tasks simultaneously while maintaining quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
• Exceptional writing, speaking, and analytical abilities.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and intellectual curiosity.
• Experience conducting research and communicating results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with SharePoint and OneDrive.
