About the role

Join VXI Global Solutions as a Remote Technical Support Advisor, providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance from a home office.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, delivering tailored solutions to technical issues.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve problems on iOS, macOS, smartphones, tablets, and PCs using multiple systems.
Adapt communication style to diverse customers and collaborate with fellow advisors to achieve team goals.

Required profile

Experience in customer‑facing roles, such as call center or support environments.
Ability to stay professional and composed under high‑pressure situations.
Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement.

Required skills

Knowledge of iOS and macOS platforms.
Familiarity with smartphones, tablets, and PC troubleshooting.
