Remote Sales & Customer Service Specialist – Inbound Lead Closer

About the role

We are looking for a remote Sales & Customer Service Specialist to turn inbound inquiries into booked cleaning services for US‑based clients. You will be the voice of Hirevado, building rapport over the phone and securing high‑value appointments while ensuring a smooth client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads, quotes and warm inquiries into scheduled cleaning appointments.
• Optimize daily booking schedules and routes to maximize team utilization.
• Provide premium client support, answer questions, upsell additional services and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and bookings in the company system.

Required profile

• 2+ years of proven success in remote sales, inside sales, BPO or high‑volume customer support.
• Excellent spoken and written English with near‑native pronunciation and a high‑energy demeanor.
• Strong sales mindset: able to guide conversations, highlight value, handle objections and close deals.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace.
