Analyst – Account Management (Team Catalyst)

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Community Institutions team as an Analyst on the innovative Team Catalyst. You will manage a portfolio of Community Institution customers, helping them maximize the value of their Mastercard partnership while contributing to a new, agile account‑management model.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of Community Institution customers, building trusted partnerships and supporting their success.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand engagement and adoption of Mastercard products and solutions.
• Provide recommendations based on customer priorities, challenges, and goals.
• Lead day‑to‑day account activities, including communications, action planning, issue resolution and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, Technology, Operations, Marketing and Sales teams to deliver solutions.
• Assist with renewals, pricing requests, presentations, business cases and other commercial activities.
• Deliver customer engagement activities such as webinars, office hours and education programs.
• Contribute ideas and process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
