Remote Sales Call Center Representative

About the role

CVS Health is hiring a full-time, remote outbound telemarketing Call Center Sales Representative. The role supports patient acquisition and revenue growth by making outbound calls to prospective patients. Trainees must complete a mandatory 4-week training course, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5:30 pm, attending every day, participating actively and passing a series of exams.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound telemarketing calls to prospective patients and aim to convert them into new patients
• Make 300+ outbound calls daily
• Understand patient needs and explain the company's proposition
• Use sales skills such as rapport building, active listening, qualification questioning, objection handling and closing
• Understand Medicare basics and insurance
• Schedule initial doctor's appointments with new patients and meet daily, weekly and monthly quotas

Required profile

• Call center outbound sales and/or telemarketing experience
• Comfortable in a base plus bonus salary structure
• High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree preferred
• US work authorization
• Ability to obtain high-speed internet and hardwire equipment to a router/modem, and a distraction-free, private home office with reliable dependent care during working hours
• Ability to join classroom-style remote training sessions

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC skills, computer literacy and basic Google Suite
• Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM is preferred
• Good attendance and time management, multitasking and listening skills
