Remote SaaS Sales Representative (Independent Contractor)

About the role

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and results‑driven SaaS Sales Representative to join our growing technology business. This is a remote, independent‑contractor position focused on B2B SaaS sales to small businesses, entrepreneurs, and independent operators. You will work US business hours from South Africa and use your own laptop.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls (80+ calls per day) to generate new sales opportunities.
• Follow up on company‑provided leads and engage directly with business owners.
• Introduce and sell our specialised software platform, clearly communicating features, benefits, and commercial value.
• Understand prospect processes and demonstrate how the platform improves decision‑making and profitability.
• Guide prospects through the sales cycle from initial conversation to closing.
• Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline updates, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven SaaS sales experience, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong outbound and cold‑calling background with high call volume.
• Excellent consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working independently.
• Reliable internet connection and own laptop.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
