About the role

Gaggle is seeking licensed mental health therapists to provide 45‑minute virtual sessions for K‑12 students and school staff across Washington. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any U.S. location while supporting student well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly 45‑minute virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients.
• Help students improve overall mental health and well‑being.
• Spend roughly 90% of time delivering clinical services and 10% on administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Independent or supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent).
• Experience working with children in the K‑12 age range.
• Reliable computer and high‑speed internet connection.
• Professional liability and bodily injury coverage listing Gaggle as an additional insured.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and basic technology troubleshooting.
