Remote Mental Health Therapist – New Jersey

About the role

Gaggle provides tele‑therapy services to K‑12 students and school staff across the United States. The Remote Mental Health Therapist will deliver 45‑minute virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients, helping them improve overall mental health and well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct weekly 45‑minute virtual therapy sessions with assigned K‑12 students.
• Provide clinical services (approximately 90% of time) and handle minimal administrative tasks (about 10%).

Required profile

• Independent or supervised associate license to provide mental health counseling (LPC, LCSW, LPCA, LSW or similar).
• Experience working with children in the K‑12 age range.
• Reliable computer and high‑speed internet connection.
• Obtain professional liability and bodily injury coverage before starting and list Gaggle as an additional insured.

Required skills

• Ability to navigate telehealth platforms and create accounts.
• Proficiency with basic technology tools needed for virtual sessions.
