Remote Healthcare Coordinator (Spanish/English)

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Healthcare Coordinator to provide professional, compassionate, and high‑quality support to patients, caregivers, and health‑plan members. The role involves inbound and outbound communications, scheduling medical appointments, and maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates are bilingual, highly organized, and thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, delivering accurate information.
• Conduct outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on medical appointments.
• Manage inbound calls related to appointment coordination and patient support.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate appointments based on patient and caregiver needs.
• Provide updates on test result availability and expected turnaround times when applicable.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, appointments, and communications.

Required profile

• Proficient written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Previous customer service experience (healthcare experience a plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and learn new systems quickly.
• Reliable Windows 10 (or newer) computer, two monitors, and high‑speed internet.
• Availability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.
