About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Entry Clerk to work remotely for our New York‑based team. The role involves accurately entering and managing project data while collaborating with colleagues online.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain project data with high accuracy.
• Communicate with team members to keep records up‑to‑date.
• Organise and preserve project files and data archives.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Follow company data‑entry procedures and confidentiality policies.
• Perform other data‑related tasks as assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of data‑entry or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using data‑entry software.
• Basic familiarity with project‑management tools (a plus).
